4. how about get to the sample?how many days it need?

(a)  Free sample with stock color is avaliable with 3 days, buyer should pay the courier fee.

(b)  Customized sample, you should pay the sample fee, of course , the sample fee will be refuned once you place the order. It take about 8 days after getting the sample fee.

5.  What's you MOQ

In general, our MOQ for roll on bottle and atomizer sprayer bottle  is 20,000pcs, PET bottle and Jar is 10,000pcs, acrylic jar and bottle is 5,000pcs, it's depend on the decoration for the jar and bottle

6. What's your payment term and method?

30% deposit for without print, the balance should be paid before shipment.

50% deposit for with print, the balance should be paid before shipment.

Payment via T/T, L/C, D/P, western Union, Paypal , if you have other preference, please negotiate.

7.  How to order? What's the process for the order?

1.if the small quantity for the order, you can buy directly from our website. 

2.if the mass production for the order , you can place the order directly to us. We sent sample to you as per your request. We will arrange the Bulk production after confirming the sample and receiving the deposit.

8. We have our own idea, could you make it to a real product ?

Yes. We have R&D team, Our Technical Director have more than 17 years experience for design the mould,  advanced CAD technical drawing and experienced mould maker, will bring you high quanlity mould design, and we can supply the perfect plastic injection production.

9.Can you make the color for our container as per my request?

Any color is avaialbe, We can customize Pantone No. or as per your actual sample.

10.We have our own logo and other text request, Could you make it on the products?

Yes. We have professional printing artwork designer, and we can make it as per your request, and offer you silk-screen printing and hot-stamping , 3D print, Laser, Pad printing, Labeling, Heat transfer  service.
 

11:If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
We inspect our products with 100%. we will resposibility if the problem cause of our quality. so please don't worry about it.

1. Please send us the detailed information for the problem, such as how many pcs, what's problem, please sent us the images for our checking. so that our production department or our technicist to find the reason.
